What ships,
what you do.

A real cart, in a real box, that you assemble in an afternoon. The flat-pack is sized to fit through a standard apartment doorway and hand-carry up a flight of stairs. Two people make it easy; one person can manage if you take your time.

    Pre-cut Baltic birch panels
    All side, top, and shelf panels in 3/4-inch Baltic birch. Edge-finished, ready to assemble.

    Solid hardwood frame pieces
    Pre-doweled, no drilling needed.
  • iii.
    Hardware bag
    Every bolt, washer, and dowel labelled and counted. Plus an Allen key and a spare of every fastener.
  • iv.
    4× casters
    Standard locking wheels, or upgrade to 250-lb-rated commercial.
  • v.
    Printed instructions
    Real photos, not stock illustrations. The same build steps Sam follows in the shop.
  • vi.
    Branded build tag
    Stamped with your build number and signed by Sam.

Four-step assembly

  • i.
    Lay out the panels
    Open the box, identify the pieces against the diagram. About 5 minutes.
  • ii.
    Dry-fit the frame
    Connect the dowels, check the geometry, no fasteners yet. About 15 minutes.
  • iii.
    Fasten
    Bolt it together with the Allen key. About 30 minutes for a careful first build.
  • iv.
    Stand it up, attach casters
    Flip onto its top, attach the four casters, flip back. About 10 minutes.
  • v.
    Total time
    Most customers finish in about an hour. Two people make it easier.
  • vi.
    If you get stuck
    Text the number on the build tag. Someone in the shop picks up.

The DIY kit uses the same 3/4-inch Baltic birch and the same hardwood frame components as our $5,000 Custom Elite builds. The difference is the box, not the materials. We do not have a "consumer grade" — there is one workshop standard, and this is it in flat-pack form.

The reason it costs $999 instead of $1,500 is that you do the assembly. Not because we cut corners. The wood is the same. The hardware is the same. The build tag is signed by the same hand.
