For the espresso operator who measures in millimeters.

The Espresso is The Coffee Bar's compact sibling. Built specifically for mobile espresso operators who own a real machine and need a cart sized to it, not the other way around.

Tell us your machine on the order form. We pre-cut the top recess to your group head height, leave clearance for the steam wand, and route the water and power channels under the surface so nothing is in the way of your hands. Standard sizes for La Marzocco Linea Mini, Slayer Espresso, GS3, and most popular two-group machines. Anything more exotic — that is a Custom Elite conversation.

The cart fits in the back of a Subaru Outback or any standard SUV. The plumbing kit is sold separately if you need pump, water tank, and grey-water capture; the Signature comes pre-cut for the kit but does not include it.

Where the cost goes

A real machine deserves a real cart.

Mobile espresso has more moving parts than mobile bartending. The cart needs to handle vibration, weight, and water without drama. Most carts do not.

Need help with a permit?

Pre-cut is one thing. Fully plumbed is another.

The Espresso has channels routed for a water line and power. If you need a plumbing kit actually installed — pump, water tank, grey-water capture, hot water — that scope is Custom Elite, with Sam pricing it on the discovery call. Permit-prep work lives in that tier too.
