The Hustler.
Smaller, mobile, faster. Fits in a sedan, works a wedding, breaks down in five minutes.
Built for the one-car bartender.
Most of our event bartenders work alone. They drive a sedan, not a sprinter van. They show up at a venue, set up the bar, work eight hours, break it down, and drive home. That whole sequence has to fit a single person and a normal-sized car.
The Hustler is the cart we built for that. Four-foot or five-foot, two-piece break-down so the body and the base separate, fits diagonally in a Camry trunk with the back seat folded down. We threw out the heavy-duty fluted front in favor of a lighter slatted face — same Baltic birch, less weight to carry. Setup takes five minutes if you have done it twice before.
This is the cart for the bartender starting out, or the seasoned one who got tired of needing a friend to help load the van. Built to do the same work, half the hassle.
Compact does not mean cheap.
The Hustler is the smallest and lightest cart we make. It is also still made of the same Baltic birch and the same locking casters. Smaller package, same standard.

5 feet is the ceiling. The Bartender starts at 6.
The Hustler tops out at 5ft because we designed it for solo transport. If you have help loading or you need 6+ feet of working surface, The Bartender is the same DNA in a bigger package.
