The Showstopper.
The seven-foot statement bar. The one your guests text photos of before the speeches.
The build that gets photographed first.
The Showstopper is the cart we built for the wedding planner who told us, two years in, that her clients started asking which bar she would bring before they asked anything about the bartender. Not what got served on it. The bar itself.
So we made the bar that earns that conversation. Vertical fluting on the front face — the most labor-intensive style we offer — and a deeper-than-usual working surface so the bartender can lay out a proper mise en place without crowding the back. Seven feet of bar in front of a wedding looks the way seven feet of anything looks: like it belongs.
It is a heavier cart. It needs two people to load. That is by design. If you need something solo-portable, look at The Hustler. The Showstopper is the cart for the events where the cart is part of the show.
A statement piece — built like one.
The fluting alone takes Sam an extra full day per build. We charge for it because it shows.

Anything past 7 feet is Custom Elite.
The Signature tops out at 7ft because the geometry works there. If you want 8ft, a custom face material, or two pieces that join into a single bar — that is a Custom Elite conversation.
