The Coffee Bar started as a custom build for Joana at Raven's Coven, who needed a mobile cart that could roll out before sunrise and hold a La Marzocco Linea Mini without complaint. We had to redesign the top to handle the weight and add a pre-cut plumbing port so she could wire in a pump-fed water line on day one.
Two builds later, we made it a Signature. The proportions match the height of a standard espresso machine, the work surface is sealed for daily milk-and-water service, and there is a hidden routing channel underneath for power and water lines so nothing dangles.
