For the people who serve food, not drinks.
The Snack Bar started because three of our customers in 2023 were running pop-up snack businesses and asked us why every cart we made was about cocktails. Fair question. The Snack Bar is the answer.
Hotel-pan inserts are designed in. The top has a six-inch deep recess sized for standard 1/3 and 1/6 hotel pans, so charcuterie boards, ceviche cups, churro warmers, or pickle trays drop right in. Pan covers and clear domes are available. The sealed butcher-block surface around the inserts handles real food service.
Permit-prep is an add-on we offer on Custom Elite, not Signature. Anything with sinks or hot-water plumbing pushes you into that tier. But for cold service, dry service, and farm-stand-style display, this is the cart.
Charcuterie deserves better than folding tables.
Most snack vendors run on a six-foot folding table with a tablecloth. Customers love your food. They take a photo of the food, never of the setup. That is the gap this cart was built to fill.

Hot service belongs to Custom Elite.
The Snack Bar handles cold service and dry service well. If you are moving into hot food, refrigeration, or anything that needs a permit, that scope crosses into Custom Elite. Sam runs those builds himself, and the permit-prep add-on lives there too.
